Obituary of Marlene Bingham

Marlene Bingham 64, of Gray went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 25^th 2018 at Johnson City Medical Center.

She was born in Sullivan County, Tennessee to the late Allen and Hazel Lane and has lived in the area all of her life. She was of the Freewill Baptist faith and attended Boring Chapel Church in Boones Creek. Marlene was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to all who knew her. She had dedicated her entire life to her family and children.

In addition to her parents Marlene was preceded in death by her loving husband of 34 years, Johnny Bingham; her brothers, Gerald Lane, Dennis Lane; sister, Connie Sue Lane.

Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Campbell and husband Fred; her son, Jonathan Bingham and wife Vickie; granddaughters, Kayla Keller and husband Kameron, Krista, Kendra, Kylie, Angel, Lacie and Ava; grandsons, Dalton, Braylen and Seth; sister, Letha Lane; brothers, Ronnie, Arthur and wife Sue, Mike, Dave and Gary Lane; a special friend Louise Kennedy; along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday, May 30^th, 2018 at Carter Trent funeral home downtown Kingsport, Tennessee.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1pm on Thursday, May 31^st, 2018 at Carter Trent Funeral Home with Reverend Earl Bailey officiating. Graveside services will follow at Snyder’s Memorial Gardens with Christopher Lane, Shannon Lane, Travis Lane, Landon Lane, Tim Lane, David Bowers, Dakota Lane and Logan Lane serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Lane and Andy House.

Carter-Trent Funeral Homes, downtown Kingsport, is serving the Bingham family.
