Obituary of Clarence Eaton

Clarence (Buck) Millard Eaton, 69, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Unicoi Memorial Hospital, Erwin, Buck was born and raised in Hiltons, VA and lived his later years in Erwin, TN. He retired from General Shale where he worked as an operation and driver. He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest Millard Eaton; mother Fannie Elizabeth Bright Eaton; sisters, Ruth Faye Eaton and Nancy Crouch. Buck is survived by his son, Marty Eaton; daughter, Kathy Eaton; two grandchildren, Bambi Smith and Jessica Dillard Burleson, all of Kingsport; three brothers, Donald Eaton & wife Doris of Lawrenceburg, TN, Carl Eaton & wife Janetta of Kingsport; Tommy Eaton & wife Linda of Kingsport; along with several nieces and nephews. At his request private services will be held at a later time. The family wants to extend a special thanks to his girlfriend of 20 years, Hazel Burnett and her son Andy and daughter, Karen. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is serving the Eaton family.
