Obituary of Kimberly Joan Loggans Grissom

Kimberly Joan Loggans Grissom 53, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at her home after a brief illness. She was born in Kingsport and resided her all of her life. Kimberly was a lifelong member of Double Springs Baptist Church. She loved cross stitching as well as playing her guitar. Kimberly was a loving wife, mother, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Jewel Loggans.

Survivors include her loving husband, Michael Grissom; daughters, Angel Loggans and partner William Griffith, Amethyst Bly and husband Tevin; son, Michael Christian and partner Christopher Comer; three lovely granddaughters, Rose Bly, Aurora Griffith, and Raven Bly; brother, Geoffrey Loggans; along with a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home downtown, Kingsport.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
