Obituary of Margaret Faye Hall

Church Hill – Margaret Faye Hall, 79 of Church Hill, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 12, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center following a brief illness. Born in Castlewood, VA she had lived in Kingsport for most of her life where she worked in the local school system for over 30 years. Margaret was a member of Vision Missionary Baptist Church in Church Hill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard Hall, Sr. and her parents, Britton and Mae Rose.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Kathy Overbay and husband Rick; son, David Hall and wife Connie; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; special aunt, Kathleen Boggs.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2019 at Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City.

A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Harlan McDavid officiating.
