Gary was one in a million. We met him first as a neighbor and then as a beloved member of our church family. As we grieve for our loss of his physical present, we rejoice for him, knowing that he is in the arms of Jesus in his Eternal Home. We will miss that smile and greeting as we entered the church every week. We will miss his wisdom as he served as the elder church board member for many years. We will miss his humor and constant smile. Most of all, Chuck and I will miss him eating soup beans and cornbread at our table while Deb ate her Pal's lunch. Family, you were blessed to call him "husband", "dad", "grandpa", and "brother". His days on Earth were spent in service to others and was a life "well lived". May the Peace of Jesus and Comfort of the Holy Spirit enable all of you to endure this trial. May God bless each of you. Chuck and Charlene Elliott

Many memories of a great childhood friend. I remember the times you played the guitar and sang when I was hanging out at your house with Pat. My prayers are with your family and loved ones during this sad time.
